Caroline and Trevor met as Freshmen at Miami University, where they lived in the same dorm (Havinghurst Hall) & joined the same business fraternity 1st semester. They formed an instant friendship and shared many memories together throughout their 4 years in Oxford. Some highlights....

- Trevor joining Caroline's Pi Phi sorority sisters at the KY Derby Sophomore year. Everyone stayed at the Creek house and it ended up being the rainiest derby in history so no one made it to the track!

- Went to multiple date parties together (as friends) that resulted in late night quesadillas or slipping on a patch of ice (as a surprise to no one, that was Caroline).

- Various phone calls throughout junior year as Caroline was abroad in Barcelona 1st semester and Trev went 2nd. They never lost touch despite not seeing each other for a year.

After graduation, they both moved to Chicago and reconnected about a year later. Timing worked out perfectly as Caroline was living in Lincoln Park & Trev was preparing to move to Lakeview. After their first date (a Cub's game) they knew they had more than a friendship. They spent the next 3.5 years building their lives together in Chicago with lots of great friends, the best restaurants & of course their mini-goldendoodle Bailey!
